Kicktail magazine is a skateboard culture magazine offering stories, artwork, gear reviews and over the top photography to skateboard enthusiasts who want to observe skateboard culture. Unlike other skateboard magazines, which bombard the viewer with colors, Kicktail uses a muted/grayscale color theme with brilliant oranges to guide the viewer through the content easily.
KICKTAiL is a unique skateboard magazine that utilizes a minimalist color palate and design principles to make a fun and engaging magazine that offers gear reviews, stories from famous boarders, and other content without over stimulating the viewer. Everything here is prepared via facing pages, as such the first page is the front and back, and so on.
